10. Intellectual Property

yk99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their yk99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by yk99's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by yk99.

12. Amendments to These Terms

yk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, yk99 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of yk99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
